Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Production times are stated on each product page. Please note that production and shipping times are separate. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier.

Orders above €500 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Shipping costs for orders below €500 are calculated at checkout.

Shepherds & Kings is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays after your order has been handed to the carrier. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Returns

One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Returns for one-of-a-kind pieces are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact info@shepherdsandkings.studio and include your name, order number, and the item or items you wish to return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact info@shepherdsandkings.studio with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days. Please pack your item securely and send it back using the label provided.

Once received, please allow 1–3 business days for your return to be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. We may wait to process a refund until the returned item has been received or proof of return has been provided.

Shepherds & Kings reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above. Please do not return any item without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through shepherdsandkings.studio (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

“Shepherds & Kings”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the above legal entity.

2. Products

1. Shepherds & Kings creates limited-edition, made-to-order and one-of-a-kind pieces, with a focus on craftsmanship and considered construction. Production times are stated on the relevant product page.
2. Because our pieces may be made using natural materials and artisanal processes, subtle variations in colour, texture, shape, size or finish may occur. Such variations are inherent to the character of the piece and do not constitute a defect where they do not materially affect the product's conformity, quality or functionality.
3. Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
4. Unless otherwise stated, our pieces are genderless, offered in one size and designed with extra-long sleeves. Measurements and product details are provided on the relevant product page.

3. Order & Payment

1. An order becomes binding once payment has been received and the order has been accepted by SHEPHERDS & KINGS.
2. Payment is due in full at checkout.
3. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
5. If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid.

4. Production & Shipping

1. Production and shipping are separate stages. The estimated production time is stated on the relevant product page. Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier.
2. Orders of €500 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Shipping costs below €500 are calculated at checkout.
3. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's processes. We will, however, reasonably assist with delayed or lost shipments.
4. We ship worldwide. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Made-to-order items

Shepherds & Kings offers an exclusive made-to-order service, with each garment crafted especially for.

As every piece is produced on demand, made-to-order items are not eligible for return, except in the event of a defect or damage upon delivery. If this occurs, please contact the Shepherds & Kings team within 7 days of receipt.

One-of-a-kind pieces

One-of-a kind pieces  may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact the Shepherds & Kings team within this period.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email info@shepherdsandkings.studio as soon as possible, but ultimately within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will sort it out as quickly as possible.

6. Warranty & Conformity

Our products are guaranteed to meet statutory standards and your purchase agreement. If an item is defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully protected.

7. Intellectual Property

All photography, text, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to Shepherds & Kings.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability prohibited by law or restricts statutory consumer rights. Subject to applicable law, Shepherds & Kings is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

10. Events beyond our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or customs issues). We will work to minimize impact and keep you updated.

11. Govering Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. EU consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes will be settled by the competent court under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the version available at the time your order was placed.

Shepherds & Kings (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and handles your personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and your rights under the GDPR.

When you use our website or place an order, we may collect:

2. billing and delivery address;

We generally receive this information directly from you when you place an order or contact us.

3. Our Service Providers

Our online shop uses WooCommerce and is hosted by STRATO.

We use Stripe to securely process payments. We do not store full credit or debit card details on our website.

We use DHL Express to deliver orders. We provide DHL with the information necessary to fulfil and deliver your order, such as your name and delivery address.

These providers may process personal data on our behalf or, where applicable, as independent data controllers. Where required, appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are in place.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, an appropriate legal safeguard is used, such as an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for functions such as the shopping cart and checkout.

We do not currently use a separate analytics or advertising service or cookies for marketing purposes.

If this changes, we will update our cookie practices and obtain consent where required by law.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Certain financial and accounting records must be retained for the period required under Dutch tax law.
